Positive It was great that the hotel connected to the subway without having to go outside. Perfect since it was raining when we were there!! Additionally, we arrived early and the staff was very helpful. Also, we contacted the hotel ahead of our stay via email with a couple questions, and they were very communicative and helpful over email!
