Positive The staff was superb. Picked us up from the airport and after, we rented a car from them. And they had shuttle service that dropped us back to the airport too which was awesome. It was really spacious and the best place so far from our vacation of 2 weeks in japan. I really felt like i had to review this place. Regarding the Moldy smell all people complained

Positive The room was big and comfortable with an equipped kitchen and a washing machine. There are free snacks and hot drinks at the lobby throughout the day. The staff is kind and helpful though they do not speak English. The location is OK, near all the big stores though you need a car to get around. Breakfast was not that great.

Positive The room was very large, clean and comfortable with a nice kitchenette. The bathroom and toilet was clean and spacious. The room was nicely air-conditioned and sofa was great. There was plenty of parking available for guests.
