    Positive The house was clean and everything worked perfectly! the check-in was smooth and the location were perfect! in a quiet area but if you walk 3 minutes you are in the center of ikebukuro with lots of things to do! when I go back to Tokyo I'll definitely stay in this same building again! would definitely recommend! and the bed and blankets are sooo comfortable

    Positive excellent responsiveness to questions! comfortable and everything we needed for a week stay - quiet and easy to get around! wish we knew that the pull out couch mattress flattened fully before 3 nights in. maybe instructions how to unfold it? but that did not affect sleeping since there was an additional mat! - great stay!
