Positive The owner went all out to give me a enjoyable stay ! He picked me up from Hakuba and delivered me back the next morning, showing me the sights along the way. The views from the hotel are breathtaking and the sauna and hot bath are just a bonus. Breakfast was delicious ! Definitely worth a visit ! Highly reccommended !

Positive Beautiful location, old traditional property with lots of charm, the views and atmosphere was spectacular, the hosts were the most wonderful lovely couple, very hospitable and bent over backwards to make me feel comfortable, the meals were amazing, full of variety and were as good as restaurant quality, the facilities were exactly what i was after, tradition
