    Positive Close to (7 minute walk) to bus station that goes directly to Disney. Same walk to train station. Very affordable for families. Comfortable beds

    Positive We loved the location and being near the Kasai Station of the Tozai line. It was perfect for the 5 of us (Me, my wife, and 3 teenage boys). We also took the limousine bus from Haneda Airport and that dropped us off right near this property. The place is off the main road and so it was quiet without a lot of road noise.     Positive Good location, only 5-7 mins from Kasai Station. We can take the bus from Kasai station direct to DisneyLand and DisneySea. Marurtsu Supermarket locate between the station and guesthouse. Washing machine can wash & dry which is very comfortable.
