    Positive 住宅街にあり、車の通行量があまり多くない道路に面していたため、外出時に安心して出かけることができました。居室も清潔に整っていて、快適に滞在することができました。バスルームやトイレといった水回りも快適でした。最寄り駅の京成小岩駅に行くのも、JR小岩駅に行くのも迷わずに行くことができました。
