    Positive Most comfortable bed we've ever stayed in! Appliances were new and of high quality brands (Dyson, Balmuda, Nespresso). Really enjoyed the bath, worth every penny for our stay in Kyoto.

    Positive Amazing newly renovated place to stay. Great vibe and style. Has everything you need and thoughtfully designed. We got to live like locals for a few days in our own place. Walking distance from the station and to the other areas of Kyoto. Highly recommended
