Positive Lovely staff - two elderly couple. Very nice and kind - can’t speak English but uses translation apps to communicate. House is quite basic, wooden old house but comfortable. Winding road to get to the cottage, but if you have a car not a problem. Around 10 mins away from the main kurokawa onsen area. Really big and clean outdoor private onsen - book for it t
