Positive The Onsens were great, the room was big and the view was good, I liked the food and the location.

Positive This ryokan had a traditional feel and has high traffic. My room was a little worn but clean. That being said, the onsens offer very good experiences and the BBQ dinner was a different experience that was highly enjoyable.

Positive The staff was extremely helpful, parking our car for us and helping us navigate. The cave onsen was stunning, as the cave was much larger than I expected and very interesting, and the water was very relaxing. The food was also incredible!
