    Positive Spacious place for family of 5. Still have space to open our big luggage. 2 train station from kyoto station, so very convenient to go anywhere. There is big Aon mall supermarket at the train station. It was quite fun for sushi and kobe beef dinner in the room. Very responsive host, lent us cooking oil to cook the wague beef.

    Positive Excellent! The room, the cleanliness, and most of all the hospitality of the couple who owns the place. They are very kind and always extends their hands to help us. I have never experienced in all my travels especially AIR BNB’s that the hosts easily responded to our needs. I highly recommend this place Kyoto Nina. See u again soon Mr. & Mrs. Tanaka.

    Positive Our host was very welcoming and even had some snacks for us in the fridge. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The location was very nice for our intiniary. We biked from there to the bamboo forrest and to the 1000 torii gates.
