    Positive Triple A rating for this hotel. Lovely staff and very helpful especially the guy who took as to the shopping area. This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at and being I guess a bit out of season very reasonable value for you travelling dollar (Yen). We will definitely come back here in another season.

    Positive The decoration of the hotel is very western traditional and also very fine and elegant. Breakfast has a very Austrian feel with Mozart/Beethoven and Bach music accompanying your every bite. The food itself in the restaurant is delicious - I actually liked the preset meals that you can choose, because everything was done to perfection with utmost attention to
