Positive Spatious! Washer in-unit, cleaning supplies present, very close to train station and konbini. Fridge was big, trash was easy to separate, and late check-in was very easy!

Positive It’s safe cause you need the room key to get to the elevators. Aeon grocery is right in front of the hotel. It’s walking distance to 7/11 and subway station. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood. They allowed us the leave our baggage since our flight was still late afternoon. They have a washing machine in the room but dryer have to go down to the reception

Positive Close to 7 Eleven and a few other convenience stores, 10 minute short walk to Minowa station, quiet area, a few small temple and shrines within 2 blocks, 2 train stops to Akihabara and Ueno, room is spacious for 4 people, clean bathroom, fridge and microwave, washer, good fast elevator, good AC,friendly staff.
