    Positive The room was lovely, with lots of extras: snacks, drinks, amenities. The location in the middle of town was really nice to walk through the town. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

    Positive The property is located in a unique neighborhood, close to shops and restaurants. It is also a walking distance from the Nagahama Castle and the Biwako. The room was very spacious and well equipped, total silence during the night. The hotel also provided some mini bar snacks and cup ramen.     Positive Wonderfully appointed room with so many amenities of drinks., toiletries, and snacks. The staff was amazingly accommodating and the room was huge, very much like a suite. It was a true treat to stay there!
