    Positive I had a wonderful experience staying at this traditional Onsen hotel. The breakfast was outstanding if you enjoy Japanese kaiseki and I had a private room to myself. The staff were also very nice and they provided a shuttle from the station was necessary because the property is about 20 min from the station. I also enjoyed the Onsen.

    Positive From their complimentary to/from pickup from Kurayoshi Station, from check in to checkout, all were amazing. The staffs, while they don’t speak English, are very warm and tried their best to speak with me through translator app. I also had the best meals there in all of my stays in Japan. The location is also situated in the most strategic area of Misasa rig
