Positive Staffs are all friendly and communicate in English pretty well. The bed is comfy with 2 pillows provided for each bed. Location is very closed to Matsumoto castle. French dinner course was superb.

Positive Excellent location to visit Matsumoto Castle. It was a short two block walk. Breakfast was excellent and staff was attentive to its guests.
