Positive This rustic Japanese ryokan is very well located next to a slope of the Tsugaike ski resort. It has ample car parking space, the owners are very nice and they serve delicious breakfast. There is a dry room to store snow gear overnight.

Positive Very friendly and helpful owner. We loved the shared bath facilities downstairs and the ability to do laundry. Location is good, only a short walk from the slope & lift. Ski room in the basement was great. Our tatami room was small, but was what we expected. Might pay extra for proper beds next time. Everything was good and we enjoyed our stay.
