    Positive This house has a stylish design, and the mattress is very comfortable. The bathroom is on the first floor, along with a bedroom, so it's convenient for elderly guests who may have difficulty with stairs. The location is great—very easy to get to Ikebukuro for shopping and dining. It's in a quiet residential neighborhood, and the staff were extremely friendly

    Positive The customer service was very responsive and gave us plenty of helpful travel tips. There were even some outdoor items available in the cabinet on the first floor, though we didn’t have time to use them this trip. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the location is close to the station. I’d definitely stay here again with my family next time we v
