Positive We had a great stay. The hotel has a modern vibe, accommodating staff, excellent breakfast buffet and great amenities. Our king corner room was very beautiful, comfortable and with a tremendous view, even from the windowed bathroom. Bed and pillows are very comfortable and quality price ratio is excellent

Positive Everything in this place is brand new (in 2026). The view from the lobby, the self-playing grand piano, cozy bar and outdoor rooftop terrace are the main highlights. The terrace offers amazing views of Minatomirai, and the design of it, with its water feature and ambient music, is spectacular. Room is cozy and spotlessly clean. Again, everything's brand new.

Positive Very convenient location to Pacifico Yokohama, Queens Square, museums, the bay and other attractions. The room was very nice, spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. I especially like the "remote control" of lighting, AC, and others from the bedside device!
