    Positive Helpful staff who came immediately to help us with the stove when we sent a message via the app. The place is clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well-equipped. They even provided cooking oil.

    Positive The amenities provided at the accommodation was complete, I could not think of anything that was lacking! Overall it was a very comfortable stay. I would stay here again if I'd were to return to Otaru.

    Positive とても綺麗でした。 設備もいろいろと揃っていて申し分ありませんでした。 ベットの寝心地も良く、快適に過ごせました。 オーナーさんがとても親切で、宿の近くのお店や、札幌行きのバスなど、たくさん教えてくださいました。 駅まで迎えにも来てくださり、大変助かりました。 小樽観光も歩いて行けて良かったです。
