    Positive Very personal and kind service. Excellent traditional Japanese breakfast made by the mom of the owner that you can enjoy in the nice dining area with a view of Mt. Fuji. The house is brand new in a quite neigborhood and you can tell that the owner put a lot of effort in design and style of his house and it is very, very, clean. It has a nice ofuro (Hot Bath)

    Positive the property is very clean and cozy, everything is kept at great condition. They offer laundry services so I don’t have to carry my dirty clothes around. The view from the room is spectacular, and they offered me a non-alcohol drinks and paper soap flowers when we first arrived
