    Positive Everything here is amazing and beautiful and fun and over the top. This is the full ryokan experience I was looking for on our trip to Japan. The rooftop onsen with natural rocks, private in room cedar tub, ridiculous kaseiki dinner and breakfast were all done to perfection. The staff especially was very kind to my young children despite our lack of Japanese

    Positive Quiet, clean, lots of places to lounge. Staff was very helpful. The shuttle service was beneficial. The decor was beautiful. Nice gift shop area. The onsen was wonderfu with a view of the valleyl. The optional breakfast was beautiful and tasty.
