Positive The airport pick-up service was very convenience (even though the timeslots are limited). It's located next to the JR station and also close to the airport. There're lots of convenience store and restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly.

Positive The room was very spacious. The staff were very kind. I sent my luggage a few days before I checked in and they placed them in my room before I arrived. They also helped me put my luggage into the airport shuttle. I will never forget their kindness!

Positive Staffs are bice and we will ask to deposit luggage before checking in because of pre travelling to Sapporo for two days in advance. They are welcomed, not like other hotels in Tokyo.
