    Positive We enjoyed the onsen very much and everything was very clean in our room as well as the onsen.

    Positive The bed was a little to hard for me, thats most beds in the hotels throughout Japan, but apart from that I enjoyed my stay here. Staff are super friendly and helpful, just be ready to have google translate ready.
