Positive Comfortable hotel, large bedrooms, functional bathroom. Nice staff, ready to help. Kettle in the room, not bad for your wake-up hot drink.

Positive We stayed on the 6th floor where we were able to see the Mount Gassan covered with snow. The staff at reception called Mr Ito was absolutely courteous and helpful equally Ms Hatta in the restaurant was was polite and hard working. By the way the breakfast we had in the restaurant was superbly presented and tasty.
