Positive Staff was very nice and welcoming. Had a bit of difficulty finding where I needed to go the next dayK so they helped me find my way: When I came out of the onsen they gave me a printed explanation of the direction I needed to go and also in my own Dutch language. The effort the staff was doing really made me put a smile on my face

Positive 露天風呂がぬるめで、長く入っていられる。湯船の壁も岩を組み合わせたような凸凹ではなく、平らなので体を預けやすい。これらはゆっくりする事か目的なのでありがたい。
