    Positive The room was spacious, the bathroom was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The location is excellent—right next to Tokyo Station, which made getting around very easy.

    Positive Right next to Tokyo Station entrance for Shinkansen, the location was perfect for our stay. Beautifully clean with friendly and attentive staff. The extra bed was set ready to go for our late arrival as we had requested. We would definitely stay here again.
