Positive The location is awesome, right outside the train station and next to a shopping mall with groceries & lots of food options. Also, the bus stop for the Limousine Bus to/from both airports is right downstairs. Staff were very nice & helpful. The items in the breakfast buffet were high quality, but food items were the same all 3 days.

Positive I always stay at this hotel. The location is amazing. It is at a main train station (sagami ono). Right in a shopping center. Everything is here..shopping , restaurants etc. Hotel has discount at local gym...3 minutes walk. Staff is incredibly helpful. Room is basic but has everything you need. Hot water heater for tea, tub, desk safe etc. You can add breakf
