    Positive Honestly, I did not expect much, but the hotel was clean, as were the rooms. Rooms in general for Japanese standards I would say 'spacious' enough, obviously tight and I wouldn't arrive there with 3 large suitcases, but generally you can make it work. Staff was friendly and all the extras provided such as drinks, popcorn etc. were great.

    Positive We were welcomed like royalty. The breakfast was very good. Personal hotspring pool was delightful! Traditional room really gave us a chance to experience the more traditional side of Japanese culture. It was an awesome experience!
