    Positive The staff were very welcoming, kind, and helpful. I don't think they get many foreigners (English speakers) but they tried their best despite the language barrier. The mens bath and saunas were very nice and enjoyable. I liked that they have a huge parking lot and laundry machines. The dinner and breakfast were tasty.

    Positive Beautiful room, new, clean, spacious. Great lighting. Love the option of a personal bathroom or public bathhouse. Sauna was great.

    Positive The sauna and hot spring facilities are fantastic! Highly recommend this hotel for that alone, as well as the very clean and peaceful environment and the delicious breakfast. Really great value all around.
