Positive Super efficient staff, relaxing hotel environment, exceptional room amenities and fit out. I wanted to watch the DOTA 2 TI, took 3, maybe 3.5 seconds to connect to the wifi and stream the game. Whoever is managing their IT put some thought into user friendliness.
