    Positive 阪急京都線の上新庄（かみしんじょう）駅から歩いて7分ほどで、大阪や京都方面にでかける拠点としてはそこそこ便利。アパートのコンパクトなワンルーム、いわゆる民泊タイプの宿で、フロントなしのホテルと思えばコスパも悪くない。自分は使用しなかったが、簡単なキッチン（流しと電磁調理器、電子レンジ、電気ポット）が設備されているので、簡単な調理ならできそうだ（ただし、フライパンはあるが鍋や食器はない）。
