    Positive 建築物としてのセンス、ロケーション、設備(軟水器、ディスポーザー、バーベキュー)、その他あらゆる面において、素晴らしい。玄関から見える海、小鳥のさえずり(車が通る音もほぼ無し)、各部屋の趣向の凝った内装。夜はベランダからヒルトンの花火を見物。ああ、そして特に朝が素晴らしい。
