    Positive Good location, nearby Suminoekoen station. Convenience store, donki and supermarket just within 5min walking distance. Clean and comfy house.

    Positive I love it! It’s a beautiful house and it’s really big, everything’s clean and neat. Suminoekoen is the train station at just 5-6 min walking from the house. Yotsubashi is the train line and it’s well connected. There’s a big supermarket, McDonald’s and daiso in the corner. Definitely coming back.

    Positive 駐車場があるのが大変良いと思います。あまり駐車場付きの物件は見つからないので・・・。 USJや海遊館などに行くのも、車で30分かからないぐらいで行けます。近くに(徒歩3分)商業施設があり、そこにはマクドナルドやスーパー、ドラッグストア、ダイソーなどあったら助かるものばかりです。なので、この物件の立地条件は非常に良いと思います。 各部屋も清潔に保たれていて、宿泊する際のストレスは全く感じませんでした。 また、大阪に遊びに行く機会があれば、プタオを利用したいです。
