    Positive The staff was exceptional and very helpful. The amenities were nice as well from the coffee, tea and water at reception to the complimentary toiletries. We opted into the meal service which is located in the cafe connected on the bottom floor of the hotel and it was quite nice (not too filling but just right to start the day).
