    Positive 電話対応してくださった女性スタッフさんがとにかく丁寧でした。一連の流れを丁寧に説明していただき、分からないことに関しても快く順を追って教えていただきました。室内も本当に綺麗です。個人的にはテレビが各部屋にあること・全てNetflixなどのサブスクに繋げれたことが嬉しかったです(*^o^*)

    Positive 到着時にちょうど野底エリアが停電のトラブルがありましたが、ロウソクやライトなど早急に対応いただき、旅の楽しみが止まる事なく過ごせました。幸い復旧も早かったので、冷蔵品や電気なども何も問題ありませんでした。 プールも最高だし、設備も充実。洗濯乾燥機嬉しかったです。そして広々して清潔で快適に過ごせました。 ゲーム類も何気にたくさんあって子供達とカードゲームなど楽しみました。
