    Positive Love the fully accessible kitchen complete with all dining amenities, appliances and laundry at property. Room was a little small but we were out most of the day anyway. Right next to the Imperial Palace. The reception counter near Kyoto Station and the free shuttle is so so helpful. Staff was exceptional and friendly, always smiling and ready to help. Thank

    Positive We loved the location in a calm neighborhood with cafes nearby and the park. Getting around by bus or metro was easy. Appreciated the shuttle from the station to the hotel. The amenities provided in the room were good, including a foot massager.
