Positive Very clean, simple, organized....It has everything that we need for family holiday. Fast check in, and I like that it's provided with washing machine.

Positive We liked the mostly automated entry and security, and the small but usable kitchenette. Although the condo was a bit farther from Nippori Station than we would have liked, here were good supermarkets on the way and it was quite close to a konbini for quick food trips. Nice quiet location.
