Positive Breakfast and Dinner were both fantastic with a good variety and tasty. Room was large and well equipped Onsen was large and great temperature Location was very pretty with lots of open air and mountain viiews

Positive Good breakfast and excellent dinners with very attentive staff serving. Chefs in both the Japanese and French restuarants handled requests on food restrictions with great attention and sensitivities. Nice traditional indoor and outdoor onsens. Rooms were traditionally designed and comfortable with heated floors
