    Positive We loved the location; a live night life; breakfast had more options for western taste compared to other hotels we stayed in which we loved. We certainly would consider this hotel again

    Positive We first chose the Richmond for its location and that is our main reason for returning time after time, however the staff is also exceptional. Most rooms are rather small, however we do not tend to spend much time in our rooms!
