    Positive Enjoyed every moment at this property. Staff were great. Food was great. Good proximity to day trips to Mount Fiji and surrounds. We’re definitely stay again.

    Positive Private onsen! Many people go to Hakone for the onsen. While we’re used to it at hotels, we weren’t ready to go to a truly public one with others making day trips from Tokyo. You can reserve private onsen just for a couple here and the cost is reasonable. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful and we see a lot of travelers so it seems popular with tourists
