    Positive Absolutely stunning. Ken and Yuki are lovely, welcoming hosts who have handcrafted the experience, from the incredible hand-renovated property to the delicious, homemade meals. The shared spaces are warm, welcoming, and as friendly as your hosts - while the rooms and facilities are private and serene. I truly felt looked after, from being provided bear bells

    Positive The property was a cozy, but it was obvious Ken and Yuki have excellent attention to detail. There were thoughtful touches throughout. The food was incredible. Everything was delicious. I wish I had stayed more than one night.

    Positive Beautiful guesthouse that was recently remodeled using repurposed wood from abandoned/dilapidated Edo period houses, striking a nuanced balance between modern and traditional. A perfect stopover in Magome for anyone doing the Nakasendo and the cute couple that runs the establishment is extremely helpful and friendly and even assisted us in buying bus tickets
