    Positive I enjoyed being in a typical Japanese home. I felt at home. I had everything I needed. I appreciated the host giving me rides to destinations a little further away. I enjoyed the location, near a little beach, near the mountains and near a onsen.

    Positive We have stayed at locations with high and low price tags. for VALUE FOR MONEY and THE EXPERIENCE, this place is a 10. Quite neighborhood close to the sea, $3 use of a lovely onsen close by, nature sounds, large tatami mat bedroom, we had a great night's sleep in this 1880s lovely traditional Japanese home.

    Positive It is a beautiful traditional house with a beautiful garden in a great neighborhood with an amazing view. The host, Mr. Ikeda is thoughtful and served us a wonderful breakfast. Breakfast is optional, but definitely recommend it.
