Positive My group thoroughly enjoyed out stay at this hotel. We were taken care of from the moment we got to the property until we left. The staff was A++ and facilities were beautiful. The meals were delicious and decadent- dinner was 9 courses! Highly recommend for a high end Ryokan experience.
