    Positive The house is amazing! If you want to experience staying in an authentic traditional Japanese home (a very ornately decorated one), I highly recommend this place! The host was very friendly and spoke English, and helped us with some dinner reservations too. It's peaceful and nearby the Shimanto River.

    Positive Kenji was a great host. Helped us plan activities around shimanto and get reservations for dinner — and his recommendations were excellent. (Ask him about kayaking and the riverside sauna!) The house was very charming and the location beautiful. Would recommend at least 2 nights.
