    Positive Liked the cleanliness, and that every specified utility worked. The owner was very helpful and was quick to reply and help solve any issues we had. It was also great that the house had many windows and was facing south I think, so it was easy to ventilate and got plenty of sunlight.     Positive The location is quite safe, but you have to walk a bit from Shinkoiwa Station to get to the house. Overall the house is quite nice, love the design, cleanliness. Everything I needed while travelling are there. They have washing machine, which very good for me as I needed to wash my clothes after few days of travelling.
