    Positive We loved how warm our reception was at the Hotel, and how welcome we felt throughout our entire stay. The hotel staff, as well as the hotel owner, Mr. Kobayashi, made every possible effort so that we felt at home and in love with the experience of enjoying the view of Mount Fuji.
