    Positive The staff and the vibes of the place were just on point. So nice and helpful! We booked a private room with shared bathroom. The bathrooms were spotless and easy to use. Location was perfect and available parking next to the hostel. Dinner was absolutely delicious and breakfast was great too!

    Positive So cute and homey! Very quiet, exceptional service, great value. We loved the meal add-ons, and enjoyed eating in the community dining area. The Japanese-style private room was clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the ability to rent some trekking poles for our steep hike up Kurodake. I wish we could have stayed longer!

    Positive The hostel felt like a big family. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We loved the thoughtful set up of the beds with a small space to put the backpacks, a privacy curtain, a night light and a shelf which was all very practical and useful.
