Positive The unit is huge for our family of 5. Kitchen is well equipped so we could enjoy dinner at home. Has an outdoor terrace area with bathtub and sauna but it was cold that night so we didnt get to use it. Beautiful sunrise from the apartment.

Positive Great spacious place for us a family of four. The deck overlooking the ocean was fantastic and the sauna perfect for cold winter nights. It was a great base for us to explore kochi.

Positive Great place for a large family or group of friends. Wish we had stayed longer so we could take advantage of the sauna and the fire pit. Wonderful to see the sun rise over the sea in the morning. Very clean and all you need for a self catering stay. The futons were very comfy.
