Positive This is a great Ryokan for anyone visiting Karumai as part of the Haikyu Pilgrimage. This is located in the center of the town near all the inspired locations that one would find in Haikyu. This Ryokan has all the basic amenities that one would expect from a hotel (shampoo, hair dryer, pajamas, etc.) and a restaurant, which had some great homey meals. When t

Positive Traditional Japanese dinner and breakfast as part of the stay. Fairly central location in town. The couple managing the ryokan were friendly and accommodating. Western-style room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The ryokan has a very long history (over 100 years). No issues with wifi/internet.

Positive Had an absolute excellent stay at Ryokan Takimuraya. The elderly couple managing it were kind, attentive and hospitable. The room was big, clean and spacious, and the breakfast and dinner options were delicious! It is in a good location for travellers visting Karumai for the Haikyuu pilgrimage. Highly recommended and I would love to stay here again! : )
