Positive This old multigenerational property has been very well looked after. It respects its past but has all the luxuries of the present. We especially loved the kotatsu. The attention to detail was phenomenal and our host was very lovely and kind. We wished we stayed longer

Positive It was a very well renovated 150year old traditional Japanese house. Facilities inside are fully modern especially the kitchen, shower toilet, heating and cooling systems, lighting. • Toni Verified guest review

Positive The location of this property is 40 minutes from Magome where we wanted to do the Magome to Tsumago walk. We chanced it in a random regional town and it’s been our most favourite house on our two week trip! The host was super friendly and helpful. The house is a genuine old (but amazing) Japanese house. It was also stocked with food and drinks and local rice
